the key, a very short story

Here's a story that I wrote in elementary school and just found in the basement.  Maybe I should have quit while I was ahead.

In this series, called questions, I utilized a high exposure shot of city lights at night and a series of morphing tools in adobe photoshop to craft these paintings that are not paintings at all.  Titles from the top: howboutthat? whatdoicallthis? whatdoyousay? whyisthat?

boundaries

each image in this project is comprised of three images seperated by channel in adobe photoshop-one red, one green, one blue. the photos are from a canoe trip in the boundary waters canoe area wilderness, an amazing place that is worth the visit if you get the chance!  and if you like the pictures, take them! (i think that's possible, if not please let me know how i can make them available-i'm new to this blog business..)

letters

attached are the beginnings of a remix project i've been working on called letters.  it draws on alliterative song titles grouped by letter (ww: lou reed's walk on the wild side, aerosmith's walk this way, louis armstrong's wonderful world, etc.)  the sources are various and span across a number of genres, periods, and countries.  if you are curious about some of the contributing songs, i'd be happy to let you know, just post a comment at the appropriate time on soundcloud and i can get back to you.  and any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!
